SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to get make sure your drinkware gets to you safely, and as soon as possible, no matter where you live in 14 days or less. Everyday, we deliver to customers throughout North America, so you can be sure that your package is being monitored, and you are staying informed.

Standard production time is 7-10 working days from receipt of order, after proof approval, with rush available. Orders pending Pre-Production Proofs (PPP), artwork, or special packaging may delay and extend ship date. Any changes to an order in progress and/or art revisions will delay production and ship dates. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME DURING THE PEAK MONTHS OF OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER.

Title for goods passes to the buyer at F.O.B. point. All goods are shipped at the buyer´s risk and all claims must be made with the freight carrier, normally within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not ensure on–time delivery or safe carriage of goods, but will seek out recourse from the transportation company if shipments are damaged. Orders requiring inside or residential delivery must be specifically noted on the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All custom drinkware sales are final and are not eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded after approval of design proofs. If final product differs from the proof that was approved, you may be eligible for a re-run, or refund.

All claims for refunds or exchanges must be brought to our attention immediately after receipt of goods. If problems with the finished product do not appear apparent immediately, the case will be taken on an individual basis.
